About MIX at Westfield
Westfield Valley Fair has partnered with Kitchen United MIX to bring you MIX at Westfield! Our unique takeout experience allows shoppers & local customers to order online from one or multiple restaurants, all within the SAME order!
We’re making this easy on you – place your order in one of three convenient ways:
- Smart Lockers – Order ahead for pickup at a later time from one of our locker locations.
- Pick Up Center – Place your order for curbside pick up and grab your order at our Pick Up Center, which is located outside, next to JCrew.
- Home Delivery – Order from the comfort of your couch and we’ll deliver to you, contact-free!
Since all meals are made-to-order by the participating restaurants, prep times may vary.

Food Locker FAQS
MIX at Westfield smart lockers allow you to place your order in advance for pickup at a later time! Choose from one of our two convenient locker locations:
- Macy’s/Orangetheory: 1st floor, adjacent to Orangetheory, between Macy’s women’s / children’s & Bloomingdales.
- Winchester Parking Garage – 2nd floor, outside of Winchester Parking Garage entrance near ICON Theater
To place a locker order, Select “Locker” as your pickup mode.
- Locker orders must be placed 45 minutes in advance
- If there are no available time slots, the lockers may be full. Feel free to select a different locker location for that time slot.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a text message with instructions. Your order must be collected within 20 minutes of the selected pickup time.
