The company’s first Mix location inside a grocery store opened January 5 inside a 93,000-square-foot Ralphs. The complete 1,784-square-foot ghost kitchen, which replaced a portion of the supermarket’s deli section, is behind clear windows so shoppers can see their food being prepared – a stark contrast to the dark kitchen operations of Reef and CloudKitchens.
